Super Achiever Complete Multivitamin Review
#9 of 10 · Our own brandReal retailer photo, cut out. Label unedited.
Consider it if you want a basic two-capsule multi from us at moderate doses. It uses folic acid, cyanocobalamin and oxide minerals, has no outside testing, and costs about what the top-ranked multis cost.

Why It Scores 6.2 — And The Label Line Behind Each Number
Nutrient forms & bioavailability
30% of scoreFolate as folic acid, B12 as cyanocobalamin, magnesium and zinc as oxides, vitamin E as the synthetic DL form. Selenium and manganese are amino acid chelates and chromium is picolinate. That is the conventional profile this criterion scores at the low end.

Marketing Claims Vs. Reality
Loaded with all the crucial vitamins and minerals you need
This line is from the shop text. The panel covers 20 vitamins and minerals, and it leaves out iron, iodine and potassium.
Immune-boosting herbs like echinacea and spirulina
The immune blend is 110 mg in total for four ingredients. No amount per ingredient is given, and doses that small have not been shown to do anything.
Natural antioxidants known for slowing the progression of illness and even aging
This line is from the shop text. In the large long-term trial of a daily multivitamin, cancer incidence fell modestly and cardiovascular events did not change (Gaziano 2012, Sesso 2012). Nothing supports a claim about slowing aging.
What Our Test Actually Found
The doses are sensible; the forms are the cheap ones
Nothing here is megadosed in the fat-soluble vitamins, which is good. The forms chosen for folate, B12, magnesium and zinc are the ones every budget multi uses.
The botanical blends are decoration
470 mg split across 15 plant ingredients averages about 30 mg each. Useful doses of green tea extract, saw palmetto or echinacea are many times that.
What would move the score
Methylfolate and methylcobalamin, chelated magnesium and zinc, and a USP or NSF mark. That is the formula the top of the list already sells at this price.

- You want an iron-free, two-capsule daily multi with moderate doses
- You do not need methylated B vitamins
- You want to buy direct from the shop behind this site
- You want active forms; Thorne Basic Nutrients uses methylfolate, methylcobalamin and chelated minerals for about the same price
- You want verified contents at the lowest cost; Kirkland is USP Verified at about three cents a day
- You need iron or iodine; this panel lists neither
A multivitamin fills dietary gaps, and what separates the bottles is whether the body can use what is in them and whether anyone has checked the contents. The top picks use methylfolate, methylcobalamin and chelated minerals and carry NSF or USP verification. This one covers the basics in the inexpensive forms and asks about the same price per day.
This is our own product, and we scored it with the same five criteria as every other multivitamin on our list. Two capsules provide 20 vitamins and minerals at mostly moderate doses, plus three botanical blends totalling 470 mg. The decisive criterion on this list is nutrient form, and here the label uses the standard ones: folic acid, cyanocobalamin, magnesium oxide and zinc oxide. There is no third-party verification.
Covers the basics, in the forms the top picks have moved past
Our multivitamin is a sensible basic formula. It ranks near the bottom because the criteria reward active forms and verified contents, and it has neither, while costing about as much per day as the bottles that have both. If you want the better formula for the same money, buy the #1 pick.
