This policy explains what data the app at super-achiever.com collects, why, where it goes, and the rights you have over it under the GDPR (DSGVO).
AI Coach Quiz
When you take the AI Coach quiz, your answers (your goal, level, focus areas, available time, current status) are sent to Anthropic, PBC (548 Market St, PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA), the operator of the Claude AI model we use to generate your personalized stack recommendation.
- The quiz answers are sent through the Anthropic API as part of the prompt.
- Anthropic does not use API content to train its models, per Anthropic’s Commercial Terms of Service.
- The response (your recommended path) is then stored in our Supabase database, linked to your account.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — performance of a service you requested.
Account & Magic Link Login (Supabase)
We use Supabase, Inc. (970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992; US processing facility: 100 Pine Street #1250, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA) for authentication and database storage.
- When you enter your email to save your AI Coach path, we create a single-use magic-link sign-in token and send it to your address.
- After sign-in we store on your profile: chosen username, email, total XP earned, current streak, longest streak, last login timestamp, account creation timestamp.
- We also store: your saved AI Coach recommendation (article IDs + reasoning), missions you have marked complete, missions you have skipped, ratings and reviews you have left, and an event log of these actions for the streak + level system.
- We do not use this data for advertising, profiling outside the service itself, or any third-party purpose.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — account and service performance.
How we use your email address
Your email address is used only for transactional purposes related to your account:
- Sending the magic link to sign you in
- Account-related notices (e.g. account deletion confirmation, security incidents)
We do not send marketing newsletters or promotional emails. If we ever introduce a newsletter, it will require a separate explicit opt-in and will not be silently enabled for existing accounts.
Web Analytics (Vercel)
The app uses Vercel Web Analytics, a service of Vercel, Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA), to understand how the site is used in aggregate.
- We track page views, approximate region (derived from IP — never stored), device type, and referrer.
- No cookies are set. No browser fingerprint is collected.
- IP addresses are processed only momentarily for the region lookup and are immediately discarded; only the aggregated, non-identifying data is stored.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in aggregate statistics for service improvement.

Hosting & Infrastructure
The app is hosted on Vercel, Inc. (address above) on US infrastructure. Article content (text + featured images) is fetched via the WordPress REST API and displayed inside the app — no user data leaves the app for that fetch.
Affiliate Disclosure
Super Achiever Club is an affiliate of online tools, services, and products. Some links on this site may be affiliate links and we may earn commissions for purchases that visitors make. This comes at no additional cost to you. The content is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Request a copy of your data
- Correct inaccuracies
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Germany: BfDI)
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@super-achiever.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
- Account & profile data: kept while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of an account-deletion request.
- Mission completions / events: kept while your account is active.
- Vercel Web Analytics: aggregated stats kept for 30 days, no individual records.

US transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

If we materially change how we handle data, we update this page and change the “Last updated” date below. For significant changes affecting existing users, we notify you via email.
