3. What the Service is
Super Achiever Club is an editorial library of supplement, wealth, and social-mastery guides plus an AI-assisted coach that recommends a personalized path. The content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions that affect your health or finances.
4. AI Coach output
The AI Coach generates recommendations based on your quiz answers using a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude). The output is a starting point, not personalized medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any specific recommendation for your situation.
5. Permitted use
You may view and read content on the Service for your personal use. You may not:
- Scrape, mass-download, or republish our content without written permission
- Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to interact with the Service in ways that strain our infrastructure
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service
- Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls
- Use the Service to harass other users, post unlawful content, or send spam
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Violations may result in account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.
6. Your contributions
If you submit content to the Service (ratings, reviews, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content as part of the Service. 9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under German law (e.g. liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death/personal injury).

12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law is Dresden, Germany.

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page or communicated via email to active accounts.
