What this policy covers
This Refund Policy applies to paid digital products and programs offered by Super Achiever Club (operated by Felix Hesse, Wiener Str. 46a, 01069 Dresden, Germany). The free portions of the site (articles, AI Coach, account creation, mission tracking) are not affected by this policy.
14-day refund window
We offer a refund period of 14 days after purchase for paid digital programs. To qualify for a refund you must:
- Request the refund within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Demonstrate that you have engaged with the program in good faith — typically completing the introductory module(s) and applying the recommendations
- Provide the email address associated with the purchase so we can match the order
How to request a refund
Email info@super-achiever.com with the subject line “Refund request” and the following:
- The email address you used at checkout
- The approximate date of purchase
- A short note on what didn’t work for you (so we can improve)
We process valid requests within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
What is not eligible
- Requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date
- Content that has been downloaded, scraped, or redistributed in violation of our Terms of Service
- Free trials, free articles, or free use of the AI Coach (no payment to refund)
EU statutory withdrawal
For consumers in the European Union, your statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB applies separately from this policy unless you have explicitly waived it for digital content (which we ask you to confirm at checkout, where applicable). Where the statutory right grants more favorable terms than this policy, the statutory right prevails.
