“Glucomannan capsules, 2000 mg per serving.”
The front and title say glucomannan; the Supplement Facts panel declares 2,000 mg of konjac root extract, with no separate figure for the fiber itself.

BulkSupplements keeps the capsule simple, hypromellose and rice flour, and the listing carries third-party-tested and cGMP badges. The Supplement Facts panel is where it parts company with the rest of the list: it declares 2,000 mg of konjac root extract per four veg capsules and does not say how much of that is glucomannan. The suggested use shown in the gallery is four capsules with 8-12 oz of water; we found no pre-meal timing and no choking warning anywhere in the listing images. 240 capsules, 60 servings.
The panel declares 2,000 mg of konjac root extract per serving, not a glucomannan amount; the trials dosed glucomannan itself.

“Third party tested.”

“Gluten free, soy free, dairy free.”
All three marks appear with the panel, and the allergen line reads none.
Konjac root extract is where glucomannan comes from, and a good extract is mostly glucomannan. The panel still declares the extract, which leaves the actual fiber dose to trust. Every other capsule brand on this list prints the glucomannan figure.
The only usage instruction we could find is a listing graphic: four capsules with 8-12 oz of water. There is no label photograph of a caution panel in the gallery, so we could not confirm a choking warning.
BulkSupplements makes a tidy two-ingredient capsule and backs it with a testing badge. For glucomannan, though, the dose of fiber and the way you take it are the product, and this listing is vague on both. Choose it for the ingredient line; choose NOW for the label.
