#11 of 11 · Our own brandReal retailer photo, cut out. Label unedited.
Skip it if you want a collagen effect: the trials used 2,500 mg or more a day and a serving here has 200 mg. It works as a vitamin C, biotin and zinc gummy with a little collagen.

Why It Scores 4.4 — And The Label Line Behind Each Number
Form + type matched to job
30% of scoreHydrolysed collagen peptides from fish are the right kind of collagen for skin. The label does not state the collagen type, and a gummy cannot carry a gram-level dose.

Marketing Claims Vs. Reality
Promotes healthy joints and supports skin, hair, nails
This line is on the front label. Skin and joint effects were measured at 2.5 to 10 g of collagen a day (Proksch 2014, Clark 2008). A 200 mg serving is far below that and has not been tested.
Provide your body with vital protein and collagen
This line is from the shop text. 200 mg of collagen is 0.2 g of protein, which is nutritionally negligible.
Vitamin C aids collagen
Vitamin C is required for the body's own collagen synthesis, and 50 mg is on the panel. The shop text says it aids collagen absorption into the bones, which is not what vitamin C does.
What Our Test Actually Found
Collagen is a grams product
Every trial behind collagen used a dose you measure with a scoop. Gummies top out at a few hundred milligrams, and this one is no exception.
The label has an error
The Supplement Facts panel lists vitamin E as 5 g at 33% of the Daily Value. That percentage matches 5 mg. The label should be corrected.
What would move the score
A powder or sachet with at least 2.5 g of collagen peptides and a heavy-metal test. A gummy cannot get there.

- You want a vitamin C, biotin and zinc gummy and see the collagen as a small extra
- You will not mix a powder
- You want to buy direct from the shop behind this site
- You want the skin or joint effect from the trials; the ranked powders deliver 10 to 20 g a scoop
- You have a fish allergy; the collagen is from tilapia and cod
- You are limiting added sugar
Collagen peptides are dosed in grams. A scoop of the ranked powders holds 10 to 20 g. Two gummies hold 200 mg, which is under a tenth of the smallest dose that improved skin elasticity in a trial. The vitamin C and zinc are real and useful; they are also in any multivitamin.
This is our own product, and we scored it with the same five criteria as every other collagen on our list. The Supplement Facts panel shows 200 mg of collagen peptide per two gummies, with 50 mg of vitamin C, 2,500 mcg of biotin, 5 mg of zinc and 4 g of added sugar. The collagen comes from fish. The type of product is right for skin. The amount is not: the skin trials used 2.5 to 5 g a day and the joint trials 10 g.
We cannot recommend it for a collagen effect
Our collagen gummies taste like a treat and deliver useful vitamin C and zinc. By our own criteria they rank last, because the collagen dose is a small fraction of what the research used. If you want collagen for skin or joints, buy one of the ranked powders.
