We Read 620 Supplement Labels So You Don't Have To: What Changed at Super Achiever Club
620 of our supplement reviews are now checked line by line against the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle. Where our own text and the label disagreed, the label won. Then we rebuilt the reviews, the rankings and the goal pages around that. Here is what you can do with it.

Most supplement reviews repeat what is printed on the front of the bottle. The front is advertising. The part that states what is actually inside is the Supplement Facts panel on the back, so over the last two months that is what we read.
What does it mean that we read 620 labels?
For 620 of our supplement reviews we now hold a legible photo of the product's Supplement Facts panel, and the review is checked against it line by line: dose per serving, serving size, servings per container, the form of each ingredient. Where our own text and the panel disagreed, the panel won. Doses and counts were corrected, scores were recalculated, and where a score changed, the ranking position changed with it.
That check now runs automatically before a review change can go live, so a review cannot drift away from its label again. It also has limits we would rather state than hide. Products with no Supplement Facts panel, such as sleep trackers and other gear, are outside it, and a review where we could not get a legible panel is not counted in the 620.
Why does every review now open with the verdict?
Because the question you arrive with is whether to buy it. All 816 reviews now start with one screen: buy if, skip if, the score and how it breaks down. The full analysis is still underneath for anyone who wants the reasoning, and the label check has its own section, claim by claim.
How do the goal pages rank what works?
A goal page answers a different question: not which magnesium, but what actually helps me sleep. Thirteen goal pages now rank every option on one scale, the SAC Efficacy Score, whether it is a supplement, a protocol or a piece of gear, and each entry names the study behind its number. 140 solutions are ranked this way so far. The answer is often not a product. On the testosterone page, consistent sleep scores 8.5 and sits above every supplement, including tongkat ali at 8.1.
What is My Stack?
Every ranked solution has an Add to my stack button. Your stack is saved in your browser, one per goal, with no account and no email, and you can share it as a link or as an image card.
What does the free AI Coach do?
It asks five questions, starting with what people tend to come to you for, and builds your profile from the answers. It is free and takes about a minute.
What else changed?
- 146 rankings were re-ordered so that rank always follows score. A product can no longer sit above one that scores higher.
- 236 product photos were rebuilt from the real product photo, so the label you see on our page is the label on the bottle.
- Third-party seals are being re-checked at the certifier itself instead of being taken from a product listing. Omega-3 is done, the other categories follow.
Where should you start?
With the goal, not the product. Pick what you are trying to change, see everything ranked for it, and only then open a review. This is analysis, not medical advice.
